Our game supports most USB and Bluetooth controllers, and the Steam Deck controller layout is no different. Menus - navigable via controller. Gameplay - 100% controller supported. 

UI has been designed for viewing on a portable screen, and should be large and clear enough to be easily viewed. Enjoy playing Scramble Star Crossing on the go or on the couch! There should be no need for a special configuration for SteamOS - just boot up the game with the default settings.
